The roles and responsibilities of a Video Manager in Asiatic International Corp:

Main Responsibilities:

  • To oversee all aspects of Video Production from concept to completion.

  • Creation and management of Production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of Video projects.

  • Collaboration with creative teams to develop Video concepts that meet marketing objectives.

Leadership:

  • Responsible for leading and guiding a diverse team of Videographers, editors, and Production staff.

  • Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members effectively and ensuring efficient workflow.

  • Conducting regular team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges.

Coordination and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing and other departments to align Video content with our brand strategy.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and third parties when maintaining a smooth workflow.

Creative Development:

  • Stay updated about industry trends and new techniques in Video Production.

  • Ensure all content is visually appealing and aligns with brand guidelines.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage Production budgets, ensuring financial constraints are met.

  • Optimize resource allocation for maximum productivity and quality.

Quality Control:

  • Maintain high standards for Video content across all projects.

  • Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions for continuous improvement.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track and analyze Video performance metrics.

  • Prepare reports on Video Production activities to refine future projects.

Qualification required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Video Production, with at least 1 year in managerial role (internships available for freshers).

  • Proficiency in Video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and Production techniques.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

  • A keen eye for detail and creativity.

Work Schedule:

  • Timings: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Days: Monday to Friday
