As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the company's Workforce and culture. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance Management, and more. HR Manager AT FLYING CREWS:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify Job Openings within the Aviation industry in AU, CA, USA, UK, UAE, and NZ.

  • Collaborate with Airlines to understand their recruitment needs.

  • Create and post Job listings on the Flying-Crews.com Job board, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Regularly update and maintain Job listings to reflect the latest opportunities.

  • Engage with Aviation professionals and Job seekers to provide a seamless platform experience.

  • Monitor Job listing performance and implement improvements to enhance user engagement.

  • Build and maintain relationships with Airlines and other industry stakeholders.

  • Work closely with the marketing and communications team to effectively promote Job listings.

  • Collaborate with the development team to improve the user experience on our Job board.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Aviation recruitment.Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.

  • Manage onboarding and training for new employees.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive Workplace culture.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR practices with company goals.

  • Ensure smooth coordination with HR interns, delegating tasks and overseeing their development.

Team Management & Development:

  • Create a positive and engaging Work environment through employee development initiatives.

  • Mentor and guide junior staff and interns to maximize their potential.

  • Foster collaboration and teamWork, enhancing the overall company culture.

Business Development & Strategy:

  • Work with senior leadership to identify HR strategies that align with our product promotion goals.

  • Contribu te to business development by focusing on talent acquisition, employee development, and promotional growth.

  • Analyze business and Workforce trends to support decision-making.



Requirements:

  • MBA in HR Management or equivalent experience in a related field.

  • Fresher up to 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and policy development.

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Ability to Work in a fast-paced environment and Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in HR Management software and tools.
