As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and supporting core HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, training, intern handling, policy creation, and employee engagement. You will be working closely with internal Teams and leadership to create a smooth and positive employee experience.


✅ Key Responsibilities

Promotion and Product Management:

  • Lead the promotional strategies of Asiatic’s diverse product range.

  • Collaborate with marketing Teams to ensure successful digital and social media campaigns.

  • Oversee all work and ensure high visibility across platforms.

  • Handle overall product promotion tasks, ensuring targets are met efficiently.

Team Management & Development:

  • Create a positive and engaging Work environment through employee development initiatives.

  • Mentor and guide junior staff and interns to maximize their potential.

  • Foster collaboration and TeamWork, enhancing the overall company culture.

Business Development & Strategy:

  • Work with senior leadership to identify HR strategies that align with our product promotion goals.

  • Contribu te to business development by focusing on talent acquisition, employee development, and promotional growth.

  • Analyze business and Workforce trends to support decision-making.

Recruitment

  • Collaborate with senior HR to know the hiring requirement.

  • Conduct interviews with professionals and interns for different requisitions.
