We are actively seeking a passionate and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our growing team. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering high-impact training sessions focused on essential interpersonal and communication Skills within the aviation industry.
As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will play a key role in shaping the personal and professional growth of our trainees, using modern Tools and techniques to build Skills in communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, team Collaboration, and more.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Development
Create comprehensive training modules and presentations on a wide range of soft Skills topics tailored to aviation and related industries.
Ensure course materials are engaging, updated, and aligned with current industry standards.
2. Training Delivery
Facilitate dynamic and interactive virtual workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions using modern digital Tools.
Ensure a learner-centric approach through real-life case studies, activities, and scenario-based learning.
3. Needs Assessment & Customization
Conduct detailed training needs analysis (TNA) to identify individual and organizational Skill gaps.
Develop customized content that addresses specific learning objectives and corporate goals.
4. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback, tests, and performance metrics.
Revise and enhance training methodologies based on measurable outcomes.
5. One-on-One Coaching
Offer personal development sessions to individuals seeking to enhance their communication, confidence, or leadership presence.
Provide actionable feedback and mentoring.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
Ensure training supports broader organizational growth and team cohesion.
7. Industry Awareness
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in aviation, learning & development, and soft Skills training.
Incorporate AI Tools and tech-based enhancements to enrich training modules.
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s in Education, Psychology, Communications, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in training or soft Skills coaching, preferably in aviation or hospitality sectors.
Expertise: Strong foundation in soft Skills including leadership, time management, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence.
Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation Skills. Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
Tools: Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and other instructional platforms.
Certifications: Training/Coaching certifications (e.g., NLP, ICF, L&D) are an added advantage.
