🎯 Program Objective

This intensive program is carefully designed to empower MBA students with the right tools, mindset, and confidence to succeed in campus placements and beyond. Students will develop logical aptitude, sharpen communication, and master interview strategies through a structured mix of concept sessions, real-time practice, and personalized feedback.

Note: The structure of the study material and syllabus can be customized as per the requirements of the students or the university.


⏰ Duration & Schedule

  • Program Length: 1 Month

  • Days: Monday – Friday

  • Daily Timing: 14:00 Hrs to 17:30 Hrs

  • Batch Duration: 60 minutes per batch

  • Volunteers Per Batch: 4 (Total 12 across the program)

💰 Fees: 

₹3000 per batch per day (Total: ₹9000 per day)


📚 Program Structure (4-Week Plan)

Week 1: Foundation – Aptitude, GD & PI

Focus: Build core skills in aptitude, introduce group discussions, and start PI practice.

Day 1 – 3: Group Discussions

  • 6 Students per GD, 15 mins each

  • 24 students covered per day, per batch


Coverage:

  • Types of GDs: Topic-based, Case-based, Abstract

  • How to initiate, structure, and conclude discussions

  • Language clarity and vocabulary building

  • Strategies to handle dominant participants & group pressure

  • Real-world topics (AI in business, Work-life balance, India’s startup culture)

Day 4 – 5: Personal Interviews

  • Common HR Questions (strengths, weaknesses, hobbies, goals)

  • First impression & body language basics

  • Do’s & Don’ts in interviews

Week 2: Aptitude Foundation & PI Deep-Dive

Day 1 – 5: Personal Interviews

  • 30 students per week, per batch

Aptitude Coverage:

  • Quantitative Aptitude Topics

  • Reasoning: Puzzles, Coding-Decoding, Syllogisms, Blood Relations

  • Data Interpretation: Charts, Graphs, Tables (basic)

  • Shortcuts & time management strategies

PI Coverage:

  • Career goal-oriented questions (“Why MBA?”, “Why this specialization?”)

  • Situational judgment & case-based PI questions

  • Handling stress questions (“Why should we hire you?”, “Explain your failures”)

  • STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) for structured answers

Key Skills Developed:

  • Analytical problem-solving

  • Time-bound aptitude solving

  • Professional storytelling in interviews

Outcome: Students learn structured answering techniques and aptitude shortcuts for campus tests.


Week 3: Advanced Aptitude & Volunteer Engagement

Focus: Complex aptitude practice + deeper interview handling.

Day 1 – 3: Personal Interviews

  • 6 students per day × 10 mins

  • 18 students covered this week, per batch

Advanced Aptitude Coverage:

  • Time & Work, Pipes & Cisterns

  • Alligation & Mixtures

  • Advanced Data Interpretation

  • Seating Arrangements & High-Level Puzzles

Domain-Specific PI Coverage:

  • HR: Employee engagement, labor laws, HR analytics basics

  • Marketing: Brand positioning, digital marketing trends, consumer behavior

  • FinTech: UPI, blockchain, financial inclusion, fintech innovations

  • Handling case-based interview scenarios

  • Reflective learning & progress discussion

Week 4: Mock Placements & Feedback

Objective: Create a real placement simulation and give personalized reviews.

  • Aptitude Test → GD → Final PI Round

  • Volunteers act as evaluators and panelists

Coverage:

  • Aptitude test under timed conditions

  • GD with evaluators observing communication, logic & leadership

  • PI with volunteer panels simulating real recruiters

Day 4: Feedback Day

  • One-on-one feedback for each student

  • Identification of strengths, gaps, and improvement roadmap
