  • Days: Monday – Friday

  • Daily Timing: 14:00 Hrs – 17:30 Hrs

Week 1: Foundation – Aptitude, GD & PI

Focus: Core aptitude building, introduction to GD, and basic interview practice.

  • Day 1–3: Group Discussions (GDs)

    • Types: Topic-based, Case-based, Abstract

    • Skills: Initiation, structuring, conclusion, language clarity, handling group dynamics

    • Real-world topics: AI in Business, Work-Life Balance, India’s Startup Culture

  • Day 4–5: Personal Interviews (PIs)

    • Self-introduction pitch (2 minutes)

    • HR questions (strengths, weaknesses, hobbies, goals)

    • Body language, first impressions, do’s & don’ts

    • Outcomes: Self-awareness, presentation Skills, confidence, professional posture

Week 2: Aptitude Foundation & PI Deep-Dive

Focus: Strengthening problem-solving + structured interview practice.

  • Aptitude Coverage: Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning (puzzles, coding, syllogisms), Data Interpretation, shortcuts & time management

  • PI Coverage: Career goal alignment, situational judgment, stress questions, STAR method (structured answering)

  • Outcomes: Analytical Skills, professional storytelling, clarity of vision, confidence in tricky questions

Week 3: Advanced Aptitude & Volunteer Engagement

Focus: High-level aptitude and role-specific interview prep.

Capt. Shekhar Gupta is an Aviator turned Author, Coach, and Content Writer who primarily writes in English. Known for his vigor and dynamism as a young pilot in the aviation industry, he went beyond the cockpit to establish AirCrews Aviation Pvt.
