For our Aviation Start-Up we need very Efficient Human Resource Manager who can learn and develop our HR Policy.

Job Title: Human Resource Manager

No.of Openings :  2-4

Education : BE + MBA [ HR ] / PGDM Freshers  are preferred

CTC : 2.4 LPA  to 2.8 LPA   [ After 3 Months of Probation Period ]

Stipend :  4k / 5k / 6k  [for  3 Months]

Training : 15 Days [ 2 Weeks ]

#Research Industry-related HR Topics [combining online sources, interviews and studies] 
#Proofread and Edit HR Blog posts before publication. 
#Coordinate And Appoint Marketing and Design Teams to illustrate Articles. 
#Use SEO guidelines to increase Web Traffic. 
#Promote HR Content and Openings on Social Media. 
#Ensure all-around consistency [style, fonts, images and tone] 
#Update Blog content as needed. 
#Perform extensive web research to collect pertinent data and gather images related to the assigned article. 
#Write interesting posts for the company's various clients' Google+ Social Media Accounts. 
#Provided recommendations for new company Blog, write new content, and edited existing content. 
#Content Crafter for a couple of Blogs. 
#Free Training Provided

SKILLS : 
• Good Command over English Language. 
• Good and Accurate Typing skill. 
• Good Knowledge of MS Office. 
• Good Internet Knowledge. 
• Good SMM Knowledge.

We are Looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support Business needs and Ensure the proper Implementation of company strategy and Objectives.
The Goal is to Promote Corporate values and Enable Business Success through Human Resources Management,  including job Design, Recruitment, performance Management, Training & development, Employment cycle changes, Talent management, and facilities Management services.

She has to Maintain the Work structure by updating job Requirements and Job Descriptions for all Positions. Maintains organization staff by establishing a Recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; Counseling Managers on Candidate selection. 

*    HR should Think Out of the Box, Different and Innovative.
*    No prior HR Experience needed
*    Only Understands various Approaches to HR work
*    A firm grasp of English Grammar and HR / SMM Rules 
*    Good Vocabulary 
*    Creativity / Innovation
*    Excellent Communication Skills, Oral and Written 
*    A Passion for the English language 
*    Understanding the process and dynamics of HR 
*    Basic computer skills[MS Word, MS Excel, Internet browser
*    Someone who is optimistic and has situational awareness
