Program Overview: Asiatic International Corp is excited to offer an exclusive 3-month International Internship Program for Management and Hotel Management Students in the Philippines. This Internship provides hands-on experience in both Management and hotel Management in the Aviation and Hospitality sectors, supported by a comprehensive orientation and field training. The Program is designed to enhance Students' professional skills in a Global context, giving them the opportunity to Apply their knowledge in a dynamic and thriving Industry.

Program Structure:

Orientation (15 Days)

Duration: First 2 weeks
Overview:
All Interns will begin with a 15-day orientation Program, designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to the Aviation, Management, and hotel Management Industries. This orientation will cover:

Overview of the Hospitality Industry in the Philippines
Introduction to General Aviation and its Management aspects
Soft skills development: communication, team-building, problem-solving
Corporate ethics and professional conduct
Training in Industry-specific tools, systems, and technologies

On Job Training OJT (2.5 Months)
After the orientation, Interns will be placed in top hotels and Aviation Industry Management roles across the Philippines. This hands-on training will allow Interns to gain real-world experience in the following areas:
Management Sector:

Exposure to organizational structure, strategic planning, and decision-making processes in a multinational context.
Internship roles may include operations Management, Human Resources, marketing, and finance departments.
Collaboration with senior Managers to oversee daily operations and improve efficiency.

Hotel Management Sector:

Assisting in the Management of Hotel operations, guest services, and event Management.
Exposure to front desk Management, housekeeping operations, and food & beverage Management.
Learning about Hospitality Industry standards, customer service excellence, and safety protocols.
