Experience

  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Maximum experience: 0–2 years.

  • Applicants with more than 2 years of experience are kindly requested not to apply, as this role is designed for fresh Talent and early-Career Professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate student and institutional leads 

  • Handle incoming enquiries and convert them into admissions.

  • Counsel students and Professionals about suitable training programs.

  • Conduct follow-ups with prospective candidates.

  • Maintain lead records 

  • Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams.

  • Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

  • Build Relationships with colleges, universities, and industry partners.

  • Represent the organisation professionally during webinars, education fairs, and promotional events.

Desired Skills

  • Excellent communication Skills in English and Hindi.

  • Confident in phone calls and virtual meetings.

  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion Skills.

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.

  • Passion for education, Technology, and Career counselling.

Preferred Qualification

  • Graduated in any discipline.

  • MBA (Marketing), BBA, B.Tech, BCA, or equivalent candidates are welcome.

  • Fresh graduates with good communication Skills are encouraged to apply.
