Position Overview:
As the Group HR Head at Asiatic International Corp, you will be the architect of our Human Resources function. Your mission is to shape and execute HR strategies that align with our corporate goals, foster a positive employee experience, and drive future success.
Key Responsibilities:
🚀 HR Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute HR strategies in line with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with leadership to forecast and meet future HR needs.
💡 Talent Acquisition and Management:
Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
Innovate onboarding programs for seamless integration of new hires.
Drive performance management and career development initiatives.
🤝 Employee Relations and Compliance:
Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain clear HR policies.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
