Asiatic International Corp (AIC) is seeking a creative, proactive, and media-savvy Content Creator to advance the digital presence of our publishing imprint, 'AlfaBook.'

In this role, you will craft the 'voice' (writing style) and visual storytelling for an impactful catalog of non-fiction guides. These guides cover topics such as commercial aviation, drone operations, startup leadership, and executive talent management—authored primarily by Captain Shekhar Gupta (an Airplane and Remote Pilot, Serial Entrepreneur, and CEO of Asiatic International Corp and AeroSoft Corp).

Key Responsibilities

Multi-format Content Production: Create, design, and publish 24 high-engagement content assets each month (averaging 2 strategic posts per active book).

Audience Growth and Traffic: Produce engaging video reels, book reviews, carousel posts, and micro-articles to foster reader engagement, strengthen brand identity, and drive book sales.

Narrative Strategy: Extract actionable frameworks from our non-fiction business books (such as 'Pilot’s Career Guide,' 'Remote Pilot Career Guide,' 'From Dreamer to CEO,' and 'Building HR Excellence') and transform them into concise, easily shareable media formats. Channel Optimization: Maintaining a systematic publishing calendar across key social media channels and driving traffic to 'AlfaBook' (AlfaBook.AsiaticInCorp.org).

Requirements and Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preference given to Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or Marketing; enthusiastic recent graduates are welcome).

Age Limit: 21 – 32 years.

Skill Set: Clear and impactful English copywriting; proficiency in short-form video editing (using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar) and visual design (Canva/Adobe Suite); a deep understanding of social media algorithms.

Create 24 high-impact assets each month (such as Reels, carousels, book spotlights, and quote-based content).

Transform practical guides (playbooks) related to aviation, drone technology, leadership, and HR into engaging digital content.

Increase reader engagement, expand the reach of our books, and drive traffic to the website.

Who is a good fit:

Graduates 

(a degree in Mass Communication, Media, or Journalism is preferred).

Skilled copywriters who have a basic understanding of graphic design and the ability to edit short-form videos.

Age: 

21–32 years | Location: Fully remote (work from home).
