🔹 Director (L&D)

  • Develop structured Training frameworks & models

  • Create Skill Matrix & Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

  • Build Train-the-Trainer (TTT) ecosystem

  • Lead cross-functional teams

  • Drive revenue, partnerships & expansion

🔹 Program Coordinator

  • Execute and manage Program operations

  • Coordinate sessions, schedules & communication

  • Support Onboarding & Learner engagement

  • Assist in scaling enrollments

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

✔️ MBA / Management background
✔️ Aviation professionals (Cabin Crew / Pilots)
