This is a hybrid opportunity combining Event Management + University Partnerships, ideal for someone who can both build Relationships and execute powerful Experiences.

🎯 Your Role

🎓 1. University & College Collaborations

  • Connect with colleges, universities, and institutes across Indore

  • Pitch and onboard institutions for:
    ✔ Book launch Events
    ✔ Knowledge sessions & seminars
    ✔ Career-focused Workshops

  • Build Relationships with:
    ✔ Placement Cells
    ✔ Faculty Coordinators
    ✔ Student Communities

📘 2. Campus Book Events

  • Plan and execute engaging book launches within campuses

  • Create interactive Experiences like:
    ✨ Author Talks
    ✨ Panel Discussions
    ✨ Student Engagement Activities

🤝 3. NetWorking & Ecosystem Building

  • Connect Students, industry leaders, and authors

  • Turn Events into learning + netWorking platforms

  • Enable real opportunities through meaningful interactions

🚀 4. Brand Activation in Campuses

  • Design youth-centric campaigns and activations

  • Promote reading, leadership, and skill development

  • Build strong awareness for AlfaBook among Students
