On July 21, 2026, Shiffy Srivastava, Founder & CEO of Improvables Academy and Former Chief People Officer, facilitated an Executive Presence Masterclass for professionals at EY. Drawing on more than three decades of leadership experience, the session combined global leadership practices with practical, immediately applicable frameworks to help participants strengthen their executive impact.
The masterclass explored the critical dimensions of executive presence, including leadership gravitas, strategic communication, stakeholder influence, boardroom confidence, executive storytelling, difficult conversations, authentic leadership, emotional intelligence, executive mindset, personal brand, and the communication behaviours that distinguish high-impact leaders.
Rather than focusing on theory alone, participants engaged with practical frameworks, real-world business scenarios, reflective exercises, and executive simulations designed to improve clarity, confidence, influence, and decision-making in high-stakes situations.
The programme challenged participants to think beyond presentation skills and recognise executive presence as the consistent alignment of mindset, behaviour, communication, credibility, and leadership intent. Every interaction—whether leading a meeting, influencing a stakeholder, navigating conflict, or presenting a strategic recommendation—was positioned as an opportunity to build trust and strengthen leadership impact.
