About the Program

AeroSoft Corp invites applications from qualified academicians, technical trainers, and industry professionals for its flagship Train the Trainer (TTT) Program – 2026.

This program is designed to develop Master Trainers who will be certified to deliver the ABCD of Web Development curriculum and lead AeroSoft Corp's training initiatives across various regions.

Program Highlights

  • Only 4 Master Trainer positions are available in each region.

  • Selected professionals will be appointed as Regional Directors after successful completion of the program and fulfillment of organizational requirements.

  • Every Regional Director will recruit, mentor, train, and supervise 16 Certified Trainers within their assigned region.

  • Regional Directors will conduct Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), workshops, seminars, bootcamps, and technical training sessions in their respective regions.

  • Professionals should be flexible to relocate based on regional assignments and organizational requirements.

  • This program provides an opportunity to build a long-term career in technical education, leadership, and academic program management.

Leadership Structure

Each selected Master Trainer will:

  • Work as a Regional Director for AeroSoft Corp.

  • Lead training initiatives within the assigned region.

  • Recruit and mentor 16 Certified Trainers.

  • Build and manage a regional trainer network.

  • Conduct technical training programs, workshops, seminars, and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs).

  • Support institutional collaborations and industry partnerships.

  • Represent AeroSoft Corp in regional and national training initiatives.

  • Be willing to relocate according to organizational requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Applications are invited from:

  • B.Tech Graduates

  • M.Tech Graduates

  • IIT Faculty Members

  • Engineering College Professors

  • Polytechnic Faculty

  • Technical Trainers

  • Software Professionals

  • IT Industry Professionals

  • Professionals with teaching or corporate training experience

Age Group

24–35 Years

Selection Process

Selection will be carried out through the following stages:

Stage 1

  • Merit-Based Shortlisting

Stage 2

  • Personal Interview

Final selection will be based on overall merit and interview performance.

Week 1 – Master Trainer Development

Participants will be trained in:

  • ABCD of Web Development Framework

  • Teaching Methodologies

  • Curriculum Planning

  • Classroom & Online Training Techniques

  • Presentation & Communication Skills

  • Student Engagement Strategies

  • Assessment & Evaluation

  • Leadership & Team Management

  • Professional Ethics & Trainer Conduct

Week 2 – Offline Practical Training

Venue: IIDT, Dodhi

Participants will receive practical training in:

  • Remote Pilot Training

  • Emerging Aviation Technologies

  • Practical Demonstrations

  • Field Exercises

  • Professional Exposure to Drone Operations

Certifications

Professionals successfully completing the program will receive multiple professional certifications, including:

  • Train the Trainer (TTT) Certification
