Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Management
✅ Collecting, organizing, and analyzing company data using Google Sheets, Excel, or BI tools
✅ Identifying trends, patterns, and key insights from business data
✅ Creating dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making
Market Research & Business Insights
✅ Conducting market research to identify industry trends and competitive benchmarks
✅ Gathering data on customer preferences, market demand, and pricing strategies
✅ Preparing reports and presentations on market Opportunities and risks
Process Improvement & Documentation
✅ Assisting in evaluating and optimizing business processes for efficiency
✅ Documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Workflow improvements
✅ Supporting the implementation of automation tools and digital solutions
Financial & Performance Analysis
✅ Assisting in financial modeling, budgeting, and cost analysis
✅ Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
✅ Supporting revenue forecasting and operational cost assessments
Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting
✅ Collaborating with various teams (HR, sales, operations) to gather data and insights
✅ Preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management
✅ Communicating findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders
Technology & Digital Transformation Support
✅ Assisting in the evaluation and adoption of business intelligence tools
✅ Supporting CRM and ERP system updates and data integrity checks
✅ Providing insights on digital strategies for business optimization

Qualifications & Skills:
✔️ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
✔️ Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
✔️ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔️ Ability to Work independently and collaborate within a team environment
