  1. Create Aviation career awareness posts (Pilot, Cabin Crew, ground staff roles)

  2. Write LinkedIn articles on Aviation internships & career scope

  3. Identify and list top Aviation institutes & student groups for outreach and start connecting with them 

  4. Connect with Aviation students & job seekers (30/day target)

  5. Draft and send personalized internship invitation messages and LinkedIn post 

  6. Collect and outreach to candidates 

  7. Assist in screening profiles & shortlisting interested candidates

  1. Post Article in groups 

  2. Write LinkedIn articles targeting educators & career counselors

  3. Research and list schools, colleges & coaching institutes globally

  5. Promote EdTech platform in LinkedIn & Facebook groups

  6. Collect database of educators & institutions (with contact details)

  7. Share daily insights/posts on skill development & digital learning trends
