Aarushi Chaudhary

Aarushi is a third year B.B.A student at New Delhi Institute of Management, IP University, who is seeking summer internship at your reputed company. She is an inquisitive and earnest person with good analytical skills. She has keen interest in understanding human behavior within an organizational setup, solving problems and enabling employees reach maximum potential in terms of performance at workplace. She shall leverage her excellent observant skills to discharge the assigned responsibilities to her best in the domain. The nature of her degree course (Subjects: Human Resource Management, Marketing Research, Computer Applications, Personality Development Skills) has prepared her for this position.

As a Core Team Member and Social Media Head of Able Youth, Faridabad: NGO committed to address health, education and employment in slum areas of the city, she has managed and organized various events and educational drives for slum children and devised strategies to expand outreach of the NGO’s Social Media Pages. As a part of her extra-curriculars at college, she has led a team for 5 members to organize Intercollegiate Dance Competitions at Annual Fest Manthan, National Seminar and Success Talkies. In addition, she has successfully completed intership with CollegeDesk in July, 2017 and is currently working with United Computer System, a firm at Nehru Place, New Delhi to facilitate GST implementation. She is a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. She is flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others.
