The AirCrews Aviation P. Ltd Aerospace Development Program offers a Summer Intern Program for Positions in Business Management Career Paths. The Summer Internship Program is designed to provide the candidate with a Two to Three month project assignment that is related to their major so they may gain a broad understanding of Aerospace's Business and the importance of Business management, corporate finance, marketing, and operations management, consistent with supporting a General Manager of a Business in execution of the P&L of an Aviation Business.

This Position will support execution of the following key duties:

Perform an industry analysis in segments of interest to Aerospace

Work with product line leaders to develop value propositions based on Voice of Customer (VOC) / Market Analysis

Support propulsion HUE projects, Business plan development, value propositions,

MUST HAVE:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering or a Business related degree

Ability to work independently

Able to interact with senior leaders in Engines Business and Aerospace organization

Demonstrated Academic Excellence

Self- Motivated and Confident

An outstanding communicator both verbally and written (concise, efficient style)

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to accomplish measurable improvement

This position is located in Indore MP India.

This position offers targeted a lum sum compensation of INR 7500 - 10,000 Only

Responsibilities :

As an AirCrews Aviation P. Ltd Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our Aviation Business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your Team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.
